Greetings from Trades Mantra.
Considering the demand of our existing customers, we have newly launched Services Fee Refund Plan policy for all our upcoming payments effective from 18th May 2023.
- Any customer who has subscribed to our Index Option Premium Package or Index Option Combo Package on or after 18th May 2023, only those customers will be eligible for this Services Fee Refund Plan
- Any customer who has received all our trades/ research alerts in the mobile application and if all those trade goes negative SL gets triggered for consecutive 5 days in any week, then He / She is eligible to claim a full refund of the net paid amount of the active package for the total services days (used services and balance services both), but if in case any single trades goes positive target gets triggered during that consecutive 5 days then He / She is not eligible to claim the refund.
- Any customer who made the payment to us on or before 17th May 2023 for our paid services, then He / She will not be eligible for this Services Fee Refund Plan policy, and if any such existing customer wishes to cover himself in this plan, then His / Her active package should be Index Option Premium Package or Index Option Combo Package and He / She has to make payment for our paid services on or After 18th May 2023, then the respective customer is eligible to claim for service fee refund only the amount that was paid to us on or after 18th May 2023 by the customer.
(Example: If a customer made us a payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- for Index Option Premium Package before 17th May 2023 and the same customer makes a payment of Rs. 75,000/- for our services after 18th May 2023, and later in any week for consecutive 5 days if all our provided trades/ research alerts in the mobile application goes negative SL gets triggered without a single trade in a positive side, then He / She can claim for a full refund of Rs. 75,000/- which was paid by the customer after 18th May 2023 (Excluding GST and Convenience Fee or the Net amount paid for the package).
- Any customer who follows all the terms and conditions of this Services Fee Refund Plan policy and if He / She is eligible to claim the service fee refund then his / her entire amount will be refunded which is paid after 18th May 2023, excluding GST and Convenience Fee or the Net amount paid for the package and his services will be cancelled.
- The eligible service fee as per our Services Fee Refund Plan policy will be refunded in 7 working days to the same account holder’s bank account from whose account the payment is received.
Note: As per the Service Fee Refund Plan your eligible refund will be processed without any question asked, however in case of any dispute Trades Mantra firm decision will be the final and any disputes arising out of the same will be subjected to the judiciary of Navi Mumbai. Trades Mantra firm may update this policy from time to time on our official website https://tradesmantra.com/service-fee-refund-plan/, customers are asked to check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with the changes if done any.
